Edward S. Forbes is a self-driven, highly creative Receivable Management professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Ed’s diverse industry experience includes working with credit issuers JPMorgan Chase and Fleet Credit Card Services in all aspects of post charged-off recoveries including agency auditing, agency outsourcing, litigation, and asset sales. Ed was co-founder of CreditMax, an organization that specialized in the acquisition, sale, management, and collection of distressed receivables. In 2008, Ed founded Stirling Capital Management, a firm that provided personalized Brokerage and Consulting services to credit issuers and debt buyers. For the past seven years, Ed has worked with Specialty Lenders CMAX Finance and Seaport Specialty Lending helping them in the capacity of business development and loss mitigation. Ed holds a BA degree from La Salle University and a Business certificate from the University of Notre Dame.
